The Challenge
Every year, Israel Free Spirit: Taglit-Birthright (IFS) takes nearly 2,000 young adults on a free 10-day mission to Israel. There, participants experience the magic of the land as they pray at the Western Wall, walk through the land of their ancestors and hike in the hills of the Golan Heights. IFS was looking for a way to have family and friends back home share in the memories simultaneously.
The Solution
Dryve Marketing designed a website that allowed families and friends to engage in all aspects of a participants’ journey. Before the trip leaves, the itinerary and map are posted for others to see. Once the trip begins, the website pulls pictures directly from the bus’s Instagram feed, creating a daily timeline to follow. There are also links to the Twitter and Facebook pages so one can easily follow their journey through all other modes of social media. Lastly, visitors can sign up for the IFS newsletters to stay in touch.
